Slap the Cook

Have you ever heard the saying, "Kiss the cook"? Well forget kissing. Somebody should slap me the next time I step into the kitchen. I have no business in an apron because I seriously suck! We just finished dinner and I really wish I wouldn't have eaten my own cooking. The whole meal was very....YELLOW. The Rice A Roni was crunchy, the noodle stuff was glopey and the chicken was as dry as the desert behind our house. We have such a busy schedule that we eat out a lot so on the nights we are home, I "try" to be domestic and cook my family a nice meal. Maybe nice is too far of a stretch. Maybe I should just shoot for edible. Baby steps.....Stacy....baby steps.

U R TOO Funny! We should take some classes together! I am a total Chef Boradee Cook. My hubby can grill and I make awesome Fish recipes but ask me to cook Thanksgiving Dinner and I am on the Phone left and right with Mom and my friend Patty. Stacy we are obvioulsy so much better at housework and laundry! We can't MASTER all the realms of MOTHERHOOD.
